San Diego Bank REPOs
Often the bank will own properties that are taken back from defaulting owners. The Bank Owned Foreclosures are often either auctioned off or put on the market for sale. Typically the Bank will put the property up for sale at a price that looks too good to be true. This is done to attract buyers. Often the sold price will end up near other properties in the area that are comparable to it. With this said, it is not often that buyers get the "deal of a lifetime" on these types of properties.. however, a serious buyer could save a good amount of money by purchasing a San Diego Foreclosure or a San Diego Bank Owned (Bank Repo) Property.
